Our team provides luxury on-site makeup & hair services for brides and their bridal parties across New England, and beyond. From the first brush stroke to the final veil placement, every detail is thoughtfully curated so you feel confident, radiant, and completely taken care of.

Please note: All rates subject to change and services are confirmed once a signed wedding contract and booking fee have been received.

Please note: A 20% gratuity based on the services provided alone, is added onto the final invoice for all events & wedding services.

Our terms & conditions of service

A service minimum of $1,000 in makeup services is required to book any weddings with Sarah Elizabeth Artistry. To reserve hair services in addition to makeup services, an additional $700 minimum in hair services is also required. The above minimums apply to the total invoice amount owed by the client, regardless of individual service count or booking configuration.

A signed Wedding Contract, and a non-refundable, non-transferable Wedding Date Booking Fee are required to confirm and secure a wedding date on our calendar. To reserve and guarantee that Sarah Elizabeth Artistry provides on site makeup artistry services (only) on your wedding day, a Wedding Date Booking Fee in the amount of $300 is required. To reserve and guarantee that Sarah Elizabeth Artistry provides on site hair styling services (only) on your wedding day, a Wedding Date Booking Fee in the amount of $300 is required. To reserve and guarantee Sarah Elizabeth Artistry a provides on site hair styling services, in addition to our on site makeup artistry services on your wedding day, a Wedding Date Booking Fee in the amount of $400 is required. This Wedding Date Booking Fee secures the client's date exclusively and compensates for administrative time & planning, general communication & email correspondence, scheduling, calendar management, cost estimate creation, subcontractor scheduling, and overall refusal of other potential bookings, (wedding and non wedding related) for the same date. This fee does not apply toward the final balance of the on site makeup and/or makeup and hair services being provided on a wedding day, and is not refundable under any circumstances. The $300 Wedding Date Makeup Booking Fee, or the $400 Wedding Date Makeup & Hair Booking Fee plus a signed contract guarantees that you will receive our professional beauty services on the day of your wedding. Sarah Elizabeth Artistry bridal and wedding day service rates are reviewed and updated annually, typically at the start of each calendar year. These updates reflect increased demand, national inflation trends, rising fuel and operating costs, and ongoing investment in professional-grade beauty products used in our kits. Pricing also reflects the consistently high volume of bridal inquiries received during peak seasons, as well as our teams continuous skill development, trend research, social media content creation, and the elevated service standard delivered to each and every client. The makeup & hair styling services provided on your wedding day will reflect the most refined skills, professionally trained techniques, and highest grade products. The service pricing listed on the clients final wedding day invoice reflects the current rates in effect for the wedding season in which your wedding/event takes place. While we appreciate early inquiries and advance bookings, service rates are not locked in at the time of inquiry. As stated clearly on our website and within our contract: “Rates are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable.” Final totals are based on the number and type of services confirmed, and on the rate structure in place at the time of final invoicing. For full transparency, all current pricing, service descriptions, and fee policies are clearly listed and regularly updated on the Bridal page of our website. This ensures that every client has immediate access to the most accurate and up-to-date information when planning their services. The Wedding Day Invoice will be sent out via email, generally one month prior to a wedding date, and is payable at any time after receiving it. Payments are received in the form of cash (preferred) or Venmo (@Sea_glam). 30 days prior to the wedding date, a valid credit card may be required to be placed securely on file. This card will not be charged at the time of collection but may be used in the event of: A remaining balance not received by the final due date. Additional services requested on the day of the wedding. Early start time or location change fees. No-show or late cancellation fees for members of the bridal party. Any other applicable fees as outlined in this policy or the signed wedding contract By providing a credit card, the client authorizes Sarah Elizabeth Artistry to charge the card on file if necessary, in accordance with the terms listed above. Clients will be notified via email before any charges are processed. Card information is stored securely using encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. Payments received after the wedding date, are subject to an additional $100 late fee for every additional day past the contracted wedding date. A travel fee will be added onto the final invoice, and will be based upon the address of the requested services. In addition to the miles traveled; additional toll fees, bridges, ferries, parking garages, or valet fees required for the travel and scheduled arrival of Sarah Elizabeth Artistry will also be added onto the final wedding day invoice. In the event that a wedding party may also require an additional artist, or an additional hair stylist(s) to provide the number of services in the specific time frame provided, an additional artist fee will apply to the final invoice. All contracted prices are final and considered agreed upon after being signed by both parties. Requesting to add on additional makeup applications, additional hair styling services, and other add-ons and upgrades are welcomed and accepted at any time up until one month prior to wedding date. Should the client wish to cancel any or all of the contracted services 60 days prior to the wedding date, full payment of the total amount of original contracted services agreed upon by both parties will still owed. Payments received after the contracted wedding date, are subject to an additional $100 late fee for every additional day past the contracted wedding date. Sarah Elizabeth Artistry reserves the right to permit only Sarah Elizabeth Artistry/ Sea Glam Makeup Artist(s), Sea Glam approved additional artist(s), and Sea Glam assistant(s) only shall be permitted to assume any makeup services. Any other person(s); professional, relative or otherwise; attempting to assume any such duties will be considered a breach of contract and all representatives of Sarah Elizabeth Artistry shall cease work and there will be no refund. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, Venmo, Cash App, or personal check.

Additional Services

For the following services, every appointment is booked for in studio. If you would like to request me to travel to you, please fill out the form so that I can give you a travel fee estimate.

 $50 deposit required upon booking. Remaining balance to be paid the day of appointment.
