The Bridal
Makeup Preview
Purpose: A personalized bridal makeup designed to study, test, and begin refining your custom wedding day makeup look.
No longer just a “Makeup Trial” this Beauty Lab session is where we collaboratively create and begin refining your wedding day look.
During this appointment, we’ll assess how products wear on your skin, how tones translate in different lighting, and how each element enhances your natural features. We’ll also go over all the details that shape your bridal aesthetic—including your dress, jewelry, florals, inspiration photos, skin type, preferences, comfort level, and overall style—so your look feels completely tailored to you.
This is a working session—where we test, adjust, and build your bridal beauty blueprint. Small refinements following your preview are completely normal and an expected part of this collaborative process.

Hair Preview
During this appointment, we’ll assess your hair texture, density, longevity needs, desired style direction, extension placement (if applicable), and how your chosen style photographs and wears throughout the day. We’ll also go over all the finer details that shape your bridal aesthetic—including your dress neckline, veil placement, accessories, wedding style, inspiration photos, comfort level, and overall vision—so your hairstyle feels cohesive, elevated, and fully tailored to you.
This is a working bridal preview where we test, adjust, and refine your wedding day hairstyle while building the blueprint for your final look. Small refinements following your preview are completely normal and an expected part of this collaborative process.

Rather than functioning as a one-time glam application + styling, this experience allows our team to thoughtfully refine every detail so your final wedding day look feels cohesive, elevated, balanced, and fully tailored to you.

Purpose: A shared makeup preview experience designed for the Bride + Mother of the Bride or Groom to prepare, refine, and personalize your wedding day beauty looks together.
This extended appointment allows both services to be completed one after the other, while giving our artist the opportunity to study skin types, refine product selections, assess longevity, and personalize each look to photograph beautifully both individually and together.
These sessions are designed as a collaborative consultation and refinement experience where we collect inspiration photos, discuss comfort levels, coverage preferences, color tones, lash options, and overall wedding day vision while making real-time adjustments throughout the appointment.
Rather than functioning as a standard makeup application, this preview allows us to thoughtfully prepare and customize both final wedding day looks so everything feels cohesive, elevated, timeless, and fully tailored to each individual.

Your bridal hairstyle is designed to complement your gown, your features, and the overall vision for your wedding day. From elegant updos, to soft waves, or polished low buns, each style is thoughtfully created to feel timeless, secure, and effortlessly beautiful from the first look to the final dance.
•An on-site, 90 minute curated Bridal Hair session to prep, create, & perfect your Bridal Hairstyle.
•A customized wedding morning timeline to keep your glam schedule seamless
•Professional blow-dry prep, & finish styling
•Placement and blending of clip-in hair extensions (if provided by the bride)

Early Start Times
For weddings & events with earlier requested Finish Times, an early arrival & start time may be necessary in order to complete all services on schedule. For Arrival & Start times before 8:00am, an early morning fee will apply based on our teams scheduled arrival times.
Arrival before 5:30 AM — $300
Arrival between 5:30 AM–5:59 AM — $250
Arrival between 6:00 AM–6:29 AM — $200
Arrival between 6:30 AM–6:59 AM — $150
Arrival between 7:00 AM–7:29 AM — $100

Arrival at or after 8:00 AM — No fee
For very early call times or locations requiring extended travel, overnight accommodations may be required. Details will always be discussed in advance.
Holiday Bookings
Holiday bookings are subject to an additional $100 fee per artist/stylist. This applies to appointments scheduled on major U.S. holidays weekends, due to increased demand, holiday traffic, & other scheduling considerations.

Travel & Venue Logistics
Travel fees are calculated per artist/stylist and are based on total roundtrip driving time and/or mileage from each assigned artist/stylist’s starting location, as well as toll fees, bridge fees, parking fees, valet fees, ferry transportation, air travel, and overall logistical requirements associated with your requested location. Because SEA glam operates with a collaborative team of independent artists/stylists traveling from different regions throughout New England, travel fees are calculated individually for each artist/stylist assigned to your event.
For very early start times, extended travel distances, ferry-access locations, overnight accommodations, multi-location schedules, city venues, hotels requiring paid parking or valet, or venues requiring additional travel coordination and load-in time, additional travel and logistics fees may apply. Overnight accommodations may be required for one or more artists/stylists in order to ensure a timely, seamless, and professional wedding morning experience.
Travel and logistics fees quoted prior to the wedding date are preliminary estimates based on the information available at the time of booking and may be adjusted if timeline changes, venue access limitations, parking/valet requirements, additional artists/stylists, location changes, schedule revisions, or other logistical considerations arise leading up to the event.
Overnight accommodations, parking, valet, ferry transportation, airfare, and other travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the client and will always be discussed and approved in advance.
Additional Artists & Stylists
For most weddings, services are completed by one makeup artist and one hair stylist. Depending on the size of your bridal party, requested finish time, or morning timeline, additional artists and/or additional hairstylists may be required to ensure everyone is ready on schedule.
Additional artists allow us to accommodate larger groups while maintaining a relaxed, seamless wedding morning experience.
Additional Artist/Stylist Fees typically range between $350 - $650+ per artist/stylist depending on total services, timeline requirements, travel logistics, and wedding morning production needs.
All additional artists & hairstylists are carefully selected members of the SEA glam team whose artistry, professionalism, and overall aesthetic align seamlessly with the elevated experience our brand is known for.
Please note: A 20% gratuity based on the services provided alone, is added onto the final invoice for all events & wedding services.

THE FINE PRINT
Our terms & conditions of service
A minimum of $1,200 in Makeup Services is required to reserve any wedding date with Sarah Elizabeth Artistry. A minimum of $1,000 in Hair Styling Services is required to reserve Hair Styling Services independently. To reserve Makeup & Hair Services together, a combined service minimum of $2,200 is required.
A signed Wedding Contract, along with a non-refundable, non-transferable Wedding Date Booking Fee, is required in order to officially reserve and secure your wedding date on our calendar.
Wedding Date Booking Fees are as follows:
• Makeup Services Only — $400
• Hair Services Only — $400
• Makeup & Hair Services — $550
Travel fees, early morning fees, holiday surcharges, venue logistics fees, and additional artist/stylist fees may apply depending on your wedding location, timeline requirements, total services booked, and overall wedding morning logistics.
Sarah Elizabeth Artistry operates as a collaborative team-based beauty company. Wedding dates are reserved with the SEA glam team as a whole rather than any one individual artist or stylist. Artist/stylist assignments are thoughtfully coordinated based on scheduling, logistics, availability, service flow, and overall wedding morning production needs.
Additional details regarding policies, scheduling, travel, venue logistics, staffing, and payment terms will be outlined within your official Wedding Contract.
